At best, he's the weak link in the chain. I'm assuming the individual is a "he," yes? Merle could be a female name too but seems like this is likely a dude. Sorry if asking a few questions got your dander all up, snowflake, but there are some real questions to be examined in this as an investment here, as opposed to mindlessly engaging in hyperbole as the basis for making a financial commitment. Furgeson just happens to be among some of the questions.

As an aside, Edison was a fairly ruthless and dirty businessman who certainly participated in burying the valuable work of the much more brilliant Tesla for his own advantage. Not sure if you want to stick with your analogy to depict the greatness of ol' Merle. Maybe comparing Furgeson to Einstein instead in your future CEO hero-worship and hyping activities would prove a more enticing lure for "newbies."

Not like a class in grammar would kill you either. It's a stock MB, so not necessary, just hard to understand you jumble...just sayin'.

Anyway, don't be so uptight that people might want to do some real DD on this company if it's all good. Now go have some warm milk, maybe a nap, and check back in from time to time when we find real information to share.
