Well, I thought Pink/OTC is the same.
If not, please help me.

In my opinion, this 1$-rule is nonsense.
Look at Sherrit or lots of (healthy) companies in Australia.
What´s the problem if a share price is below 1$ or whatever level you want. I don´t understand that.

So once again: What is the problem with a delisting from NASDAQ?
