Hoping they can raise say $30-35m

The key word here is "hoping". Last two times, they raised $20M less the commissions each time. They were in better shape financially, however, with the market cap at much higher levels than now. How do see it's possible to raise cash that's is going to be on par with the market cap? Can you provide a company that was successful in doing so? I've never seen anything like that before. But it's just me.
