$ONCI: ZERO DILUTION TO THE SURPRISE OF MANY

Since 10/31/2018, ONCI has zero dilution with 1.26 billion shares traded

Since 7/31/2018, ONCI added 7.5 mil to the OS with 2.22 billion shares traded

The company is clearly under attack, but with the new 1.4 billion shares in OS reduction and the Zero Dilution, hopefully shareholders will gain more trust in the company moving forward. This unfair assault on the company ought to stop.

The future is great for ONCI longs. 2019 is the Year.
