I think that assessment is valid but I do believe that they are getting things straightened out. I do believe that they will have to upgrade management at some point, but when I called trying to get info a couple of weeks ago I called the number I had for Alvin which was the lab number someone I didn't recognize. He directed me to Chas number. But the interesting thing was the background noise. I heard what sounded like serious work going on. No idea what but any time before that I called that number there was no background noise.
