It can certainly happen. Read up. Understanding of scam shells is a little off, IMO.

Key word "real".

shell companies such as this one, are run by con artists. Or wait..example..they were originally incorporated in Colorado....but reside in canada.....i can live with that, though suspicious.....this shells parent company is another shell owned and operated by said con artists.....but that's private(advanomics)....oh and its address is the same as all 3 CEOS address......hmmm.... Underneath two shells companies (advanomics, SBFM) is now a third shell: NOX pharma. Oh and all of the proprietary nonsense of the scam ADVA27a was transferred to it for 0.00$$.

But.....the 1st scam shell advanomics who purchased the failed adva27a patent for 60k privately.....sold it to themselves and investors publically (SBFM) for 14mill. Pocketing it all. Years after lies and useless timelines....it was given to their other shell company, NOX pharma, for again.....0.00. Still owned by the same con artists....scam.

SCAM. and yes, companies can file multiple RSs'.

This will go nowhere. Its a PNd shell. Only reason its not at .000X, is the result of scamming people's shares/RS.

SBFMD = SCAM

Lastly, anyone hear from the company lately?? Or should you all just hope something happens..?
