EMA vs VYST**The Facts per Greg Rotman...

I spoke to Greg Rotman yesterday. I had reached out to him over a week ago and I had not received a call back until yesterday. He told me that he was very busy dealing with the very frivolous legal issue that EMA filed against them. He told me the EMA is 100% wrong and at fault and that such will be proven.

VYST had to change their Transfer Agent (TA) to stop what EMA was erroneously and illegally doing. EMA was going through the old VYST TA to convert the debt on the pre-paid interest. The problem was that the interest was already pre-paid by VYST so there were no conversions that should have ever been "legally" allowed to be executed. They did this not once, not twice, but numerous times to the tune of illegally converting over 50+ million shares.

Then they sent an email to VYST indicating that they made an error and sent an amended "Notice of Conversion" trying to fix the situation after the fact. This is why VYST had to transfer to a different Transfer Agent (TA) because EMA had shown no evidence of slowing down with illegally converting shares.

I asked Greg if I can post this conversation and if he had any facts that he could provide to prove what I am going to post and he said sure. He said that he will send me what he will send any other shareholder or any shareholder that wants to see the VYST corporate documents in person.

Look at the first "Notice of Conversion" date then look at the second "Notice of Conversion" date trying to fix their error then look at the email from EMA confirming that they were the ones who made the error...
