Get the pain out of the way, get the company financed for the next two years, then ADXS becomes a reasonable speculation.

What has killed this company for the last two years is the unending uncertainty about its finances and the next dilution.

Do it fast, do it huge, do it now.

And get it over with for two years.

I wonder how Dan feels about being faced with the RS and dilution

the only kharma in this steaming dogpile is that DOC's nearly 5% stake will be diluted down to 8% of his original ownership percentage, almost as if he never existed.
