If there fiscal yr ends on 12/31.....

then they have 90 days to file

so it would be due by 3-31-2019

if 12-31-2018 is the end of a qtr and not

the end of fiscal yr, the. It's due 45 days

which would be feb 15..... most likely and

hopefully 12-31-2018 was end of fiscal yr

Just see last qrtly to find out

Ps.... just looked, yes 12/31/18 is end of

fiscal yr, so due by 3/31/19
