Geez...because SHLDQ's assets were bought by Transform Holdco. SHLDQ is Sears Holdings Corp. They filed bankruptcy and Transform bought the assets. Sears continues to run as a private company owned by Transform Holdco. Sears Holding Corp (SHLDQ) owns nothing anymore. This really isn't that difficult to understand.
