Mike,

I read the filing that you posted and I wasn't crazy about it, but my initial thoughts were that it was probably related to accounting and the new CFO, so I was trying to be optimistic. Personally I find the failure to check yes or no to question 3 as ominous as well. MDF is my single largest holding and mgmt has earned alot of credibility with me over the last 3 years, but I will think long and hard about lightening my MDF holdings next week. Thanks for being thorough.
