It's two misdemeanors. He might get fined, I don't see anything else happening to him. Roger Goodell doesn't play favorites as you know especially with the Patriots. I would expect the video not to go public by the courts, that could have a backlash with a civil lawsuit for maybe entrapment and you know the Kraft family has money.
