A new officer named "Yan Yuehong" got onboard. She/he is the same officer showing in ticker OTC BYIN (Baying Ecological Holding Group Inc) trading at $4.3.

BYIN is a Chinese company reverse merged into OTC shell back in 2014, which happens to locate at the SAME NEW ADDRESS as CNHL
