In our case outstanding share count doesn't matter, we can't change the billion share's count, and no reason to anyway. Actually we can change it, but again, why, when all we care about as shareholders is what our share value is. Arryit Corp annual sales are so far ahead of HTG, that equation makes Arryit far more valuable. It's called earnings per share, and that counts, especially when the industry runs over 100 times earnings. So, you missed that in your comparison.
