Remember the Mexus statement, "Production is imminent" ? That resulted in protracted arguments as to what "imminent" means. Kinda like, depends on what is,is.
Bottom line....like every other statement coming MXSG, it is a far cry from the truth.
But maybe the newly acquired "B" boys can obfuscate all of the misrepresentations and lies and sell it to a lender willing to take a tax loss.
