IRNC is definitely trading at BOTTOM........and we all know (well most of us at least) that these low float bottom plays can bounce in a parabolic fashion.

But let's take this small float and then subtract 66% of outstanding shares and what do you have?

AN OTC EXPLOSION $$$$$$$$$$$$

IRNC is that stock!
