In my opinion, if Worlds wins all claims back. I think all bets are off and other infringers will get a crack at them again. Activision and Bungie would both have been blocked from challenging them. like you were saying, it's as if no one challenged them in the first place. The other infringers(future lawsuits) would have never got their shot to the validity of the patents. Would we get the same outcome the second time around? Could we keep all, lose some, gain more than just 6? (I'm not legal either) The question is, is there some precedence out there that lets us keep all the claims?
