According to the TTSI board it seems like the NV SOS was showing new officers of the company on Feb 20th. The members were part of this company from what I could find.

So everyone was thinking maybe some sort of RM or takeover not really sure.
But then on Fri NV had a new filing showing the old name back on the officer list.
