Homebrew making assumptions on how many shares they can convert, in the future? Like March thru September, would take a lot less shares to convert at higher prices. Look close, most on your chart are paid. Only the last 10 are open, some notes as small as 4k, and the former CEO, and an individual investor own 4 of those 10 notes. All of this is pre-merger anyways. Notes can be easily zeroed with the in-house credit facility. Yes, we go up next week.
