I learnt that the outstanding shares are 385 million. I also learnt that the CEO will not be back for 7-10 days. What I found disturbing is that they are doing a private placement for restricted shares. A private placement with the current price does not make sense to me. I have not learnt how many shares have been bought back. Has anybody got that figure.
I am in deep and will wait this one out.
