Teh institutions were the ones thst talked it down...while they worked on ensurring they were able to get the stations all set with their algos for making $$ on the coins.

I forget the exact details of what they needed / wsnted to have in place first, but believe you me...they are now ready for crypto and will see this much higher from here. So...get ready for 2.0...cause it's coming!!!
