Exactly. This was one of the reasons I went “All-In” here.

This guy has always appeared to have big plans. I mean, he paid a very clear premium for this shell. I always fall back on this fact when I get discouraged about how long this R/M has taken. The need for 2 shells was always a puzzling situation for me and I couldn’t understand why he needed to be involved in 2 shells. Well..... that question has now been answered...he tapped out of that one because whatever deal he is working on is clearly going to happen in KRBF. That is a HUGE win for all of us!!!!

Common sense tells me that all of us longs here are going to make a big score here. The ONLY way these guys get a return on their sizable investment is to execute on this R/M.

I feel better about this investment than I have in weeks.

I think we are close, but I am holding regardless of how long it takes. I have said countless times on here that when it comes to OTC plays, I follow the money. The price they paid for this shell tells me they are not looking to merge a company in here to run this to a dime or even a quarter. They have bigger aspirations.
