Who is buying the balance of ERHE'S deepwater hydrocarbon assets?

(2) 15% paid interest in future EEZ Blocks.

(6) JDZ blocks with a combined 140% interest.

(2) Nigerian Deepwater blocks with a combined 150% interest.

Will ERHE retain a 5% free carry working interest in these blocks?
