The Proxy i received clearly stated that Authorized Share increase is for institutional investor benefit to buy in only. They are not doing this for any other reason and have no plans to dilute our OS shares. So all my 1's and 2's will stay firmly planted and not going into anyone elses hands to make money off of but me!! At this point..with these financials we have already seen and we know are already getting better than the last.. why give it away. Especially when we have come this far to lose site of the potential here.
