I was surprised the most recent lease payments were sent out.

They noted in a letter to spectrum holders that in the future, checks would go out post-quarterly/annual filing(s).

So it depends when year-end is going to be, in the short and long term. Once that is established, the lease payments will align with the SEC filing dates for the type of company and year-end.
