The company stated that 80% of the neoantigens are getting a response from the immune system to be more clear.
We are in effect setting up antigen seeding immediately rather than waiting and hoping for it. They haven’t stated yet how that translates as far as tumor response.
They are using 40 neoantigens in the MINE vaccines so, 80% would be 32 neoantigens the immune system is picking up and targeting. To put those numbers into perspective, the old vaccines had one antigen (AXAL).
