Profitable companies do not pay expensive legal and accounting firms to do their accounts and filings so that they can stay in penny land. This company will be up listing eventually. How long and what will the ride look like is the question? The people involved would never do a dilution scam. They have reputations for making big money with big business. Just look at all the DD. Name update on OTC is complete, now for current filings. I am betting my money they are already being reviewed. Holding for more news and adding when I can.
