What am I not seeing logically or not grasping?

TMPS hasn't reported financials since 2017.

TMPS has been silent since March of 2018

TMPS CEO and founder resigns without a peep from company

NO volume while being close to a contract decision that TMPS supposedly has a chance to win.

Navy extends AAR contract with Omega for a year while saying in the actual contract OARS is the only company on earth that can handle the contract.

Johan's note is due in April and not only does he have the option to convert, but added last year he can buy the fleet.


Logic would add up to

Johan is going to take FLEET and book but some here like to pretend this logically adds up to a contract with the Navy and or a Merge with omega.
