Clarification: buyout is always a possibility, but it is not likely unless we have no alternative. It sounds like we have alternatives. What would be disappointing is a PR (or just 8K, but doubt that) saying that 'unfortunately the company has run out of funds and is unable to raise capital to continue operating and is now pursuing options to preserve shareholder value, including selling the company.'

Hopefully we are getting somewhere in our "advanced discussions" , or have another capital raise in us. We had a term sheet in hand for the last one, though it was costly. If we do need another one, and do get one, it'll be more costly.
