Ahh, an agenda:

Again I have no position other than being a creditor and being a creditor means I want SHLDQ to have as many liquid assets as possible so I get paid.



Pennies on the dollar, the last time I checked.

Why don't you just buy shares and get it back that way? Just a thought.
