I do not know if you have included all the holdings of the insiders in that count. In addition to the 2 major shareholders, there is also Hakkar the current CEO of Tre Kronor who has at least 120 million shares, then the other members of the board that each have less than 5% so that they do not have to file with the SEC. However, it adds up to at least another 100 million, so the actual float I believe to be most likely under 200 million.
