BTW: Both fosco and myself were both posting almost at the same time with almost identical numbers. Mine was from recollection ,his are more accurate ( on Y/MB??).

SOOO, if 11+ % die in 6 months ,22% expire in 12 months 33% in 18 months. 33% of 928 =306 .... That is NOT a prediction.
The FDA 11% may not be accurate/correct.

Is 298 an 8K event???
Maybe not. The CEO MAY declare it "forward looking" and therefore not requiring an up date.
