9/14/18 SECI "base" was $0.6599

2/22/19 SECI "base" looks to be forming at $8.00.

Some observations:

The one(s) selling have small share counts.

The strong hands are buying them and adding to piles.

It is also important to note: There are not that many holders. Very few people can hold 132K shares. And in reality that number is less then 130K because I am looking down at my pile.

Lastly, many people from "back in the day" have begun to "peek" their head out to say hello. Imagine my inbox. People that do not respond publicly but have been watching the whole time. Imagine what they are doing right now :)
