Trades Report Maybe Even More Proof

If intraday trading the way I understand it happens creating a short then in the trade data there should be an offsetting buy for every sale that is made by MMs as they buy the real shares. This tool really helps see if those buys are not happening. IMHO, large red with many sales without corresponding buys and a large short volume from FINRA would imply the presence of REAL shorts since those shares are not being purchased by MMs to instantly cover the short during the day.

This IMHO in conjunction with the FINRA short volume is the true guage. This is what OTC has to say about this.

"Making daily short reporting data easily-digestible and relevant is not hard. On the contrary, it should be easy to aggregate all of the short selling that is reported as agency trades, as well as all of the net sum of buying and selling by each market maker and principal trading firm. This would paint a clear picture for investors of overall daily short selling activity. Fixing the misleading daily short selling data would bring greater transparency and trust to the market."

Could be wrong, but pretty sure this makes sense but of course each person needs to do their own DD and figure things out for themselves to make their own decisions! GLTAL.
