Going to laugh my ass off if ONCI closes red today after the OTC updated ONCI’s
A/S.

A red close will prove that the highly anticipated share reduction(for months and months now) was more than priced in when contrasted against a CEO who doesn’t file with the SEC and has the shadiest unaudited financials year after year.


When Steve-0 learns to issue actual press releases and becomes current with the SEC then MAYBE a 30% share reduction will actually be impactful.

That being said, the A/S never should have been so diluting and harmful to shareholders in the first place so maybe accredited investors are just sick of his crap.

Maybe the only people left in the investment universe who are interested in ONCI are the ones who lack any formal education in investing to begin with.
