The last time Access-Power, Inc. issued any stock was in 2002 (except for my RESTRICTED SHARES from 2018) - for the days of the convertible toxic DEATH spiral - that was nearly 17 years ago. SEVENTEEN YEARS AGO, and we as a Corporation are still alive. I am urging my GUARDIAN ANGEL INVESTOR to email ME, or PM me with a reverse merger idea.....give me the idea, the lead to look into the possibility. FINRA will never approve my FORM 211 unless I have $30,000 in monthly operational expenses - that is the silent, hidden golden rule that a MM told me in the Summer of 2018. I have so many obstacles to come back.....so many. For now, my investors know that I will not dilute them in 2019 and possibly 2020 - so the nearly 2,000,000 tag along short, I am sorry - the only stock available to buy back is in the open grey market.
