Totally agree my friend. If it's held longer it also means that when 10k and news come out we are going to explode from a higher level and with more attention around us, so we are going to end up much higher.

I'm now of the opinion that the 10k is slow to come out because more things are happening that we're not privy to yet. Logic dictates that if it was just the notes being paid and the new investment money that it should have been updated by now. I'm comfortable waiting because there's way to much out there now that pretty much guarantees we're in the right place at the right time VRUS Up listing in 2019

From my financial experience working inside some companies I don't see why the changes to the financials could take so long and if they were in the final stages of the new finance agreement they should have some draft numbers prepared for the moment when the financing was agreed. Maybe the wait has to do with the other Anshu's company and our new world class investor, just guessing.
