The domains

There were a number of posts about the press releases and such being on the searsholdings web site.

In the purchase agreement the domains were purchased by Transform.

"the Domain Names listed on Schedule 2.1(a)(v) attached hereto, (vii) the Media Accounts listed on Schedule 2.1(a)(vi) attached hereto  "

I have been unable to find a list of the domains though anywhere. Emails I get from Sears are still searshc.com and since the purchase has closed (see the 8K filing below) that domain was definitely moved to Transform.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1310067/000119312519041193/d704657d8k.htm

"The Going Concern Transaction was completed on February 11, 2019 pursuant to and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to the Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement Amendment”) and approved by the Sale Order. The assets acquired by Buyer and consideration described under the section entitled “Assets and Consideration” in the January 24 Form 8-K attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the Purchase Agreement Amendment attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1 are incorporated by reference herein."

I conclude the domains (and all the assets) are now with Transform. The searsholding site appears to be a investor relations site which is normally provided by a service that does those type of things for companies. It would of course pick up the press releases since its designed to automatically. I personally wouldn't read anything into that at all. However without a list of the domains moved to Transform I really don't know for sure. If anyone can find the list, post it.

Also take into account that there is a lot of transition going on here and it will take time for sites and stuff to be updated properly to reflect the new situation. Stuff is bound to be overlooked or just not done yet.
