Only thing anyone here needs to know is this: Sears is now a private entity.

SHLDQ no longer owns any of the valuable assets that were sold during bankruptcy. It’s now just a bunch of remaining debt that will inevitably lead to it being dissolved in the next few months.

No matter what speculation takes place, these are indisputable facts.
