What would the point of buying whatever little assets are left. If he wanted to buy them they would have been in the original purchase agreement. He isn't involved in any way with SHLDQ anymore he resigned.

As for the NOL's which is the only thing left with any value this section of the purchase agreement addresses it but too late at night for me to figure out what it actually means. (2.4i) and look at section 9.2/9.3 as well.
