I read your response, so why you still holding as you sound that opportunity does not bind with us shareholders? you gave your opinion that we are basically screwed.

what is your opinion our chances to be around. You have posted to Linda pointing out that there is a chance if he does not get the NOL that we may get something.

what about the 200 shares converted to 1000 it is in the court filing is that also in your opinion we not getting 5 dollars.
