Meh he did alright. He left 1+ billion shares on the table but that doesn't matter. The dilute down will get him "legally" paid out and he can flip this shell to Payless or whomever. Anyone thinking this old guy is ready to put in the work to get this new company uplisted is kidding themselves.

I'm not doubting shareholders post R/S won't succeed here but everyone in now just funded this crook's retirement. We can play the "we'll see game" but I already heard that when everyone was touting NO R/S. Here we are.
