It took Lazar 2 months after the initial application to start pumping out filings on SRDP and bringing it current. That puts us at mid march here.

My advice, get a position, and forget about it for a few weeks, watch us pop to 0.25. Maybe trim a little. Buy back at 0.15. Wait for the merging company to be announced. Take an early retirement when it hits $1.00.
