The reason they would do a reverse split is to supposedly make the stock appealing to attract new investors! But realistically, they take all of the money its current investors put into the company and then throw their share-less asses out on the street and get away with it! A reverse split allows the company to steal your money! Then they saddle those same investors with a damn restructuring fee to top it off! It is CRIMINAL but legal as far as the SEC is concerned!
