What is the reason that a legitimate company like this one, along with many other penny stocks, have close to a billion, sometimes more, outstanding shares? We all understand that there are many out there that are ripoff shams just trying to bilk new investors and there goal is to just sell there shares for years.
Why would a company like GLDFF not just retire 300-400 million shares? The float would be smaller, attract more long term serious investors like myself along with there stock price going up faster with news. Plus an opportunity to move out of OTC penny stocks.
Why not have 30-100 million float to give the stock, its investors and the company ability to move up and be respected in it's industry?
I do not understand at all and it makes it hard for me to consider to invest more money here. Can I get some opinions on these questions??
Thanks
