Nope. Non-compliant, either another RS coming soon or OTC, current drop being partially driven by warrant holders that shorted the hell out of this and are covering, by design, with shares received from management. Typical P and D garbage, not unique, it's what the Santilli's do, it's what they have always done, self enrichment and criminality is their business plan.
