you can try to contact authorities. actually, it's been done in the past. like I said this is the wild west, and at the moment, the SEC doesn't have time to give a rip about one of many OTC pennies in trips. lol, they are too busy trying to figure out how to raise the Fed rate to tank markets in their OWN schemes on ripping off the blue chips.....
Honestly, I still advocate buying UBQU stock. it's all speculation. just like chess, figure out what are the best moves your opponent is likely to make, and plan responses for those.
Tiger, you I assume are a long tanking like I have. so far the arguments of "honest fiduciary caring exec branch" have not come to fruition. why would the share price be so low for a company that files a meagre profit etc? that's why I have HUGE tanks even as high as 50 on this stock. I figured it would have turned around long by now
so I've changed my theory so I can figure how to respond now.
but in the end, I still advocate the stock. we technically COULD rob the MMS of their fun if we cornered the market and held (hmmm 5B at trip 3?), anyone got 1.5 million bucks on them? but if you are willing to tank up on 2s AND 3s...you might postpone and if Ballas doesn't dump again....even DEny the trip 1s....forcing them to up their asks....and the stock rises.
also I believe a 90% probability that any of the moves even attributed to an evil ballas could happen, stock rises, etc. ...only predict a 10% RS and downward spiral.
also, one day, another penny pot (and I'm in a few KALY, LXRP, HEMPQ....NONE OF THem are popping. they pop...and then they recede. none of them recede to trip 1.....but they also play the sine curve. Eventually, these MMs are gonna find a better churn or a better MJ or anypenny play...and you'll see them pick up their thousands of dollars and chase that.
final thought: I get the notice something's hot. By the time I get in, I missed the 1000%+ gains.....but....if I'd bought up HUGE before it....look at their charts....most of them are languishing flat in miserably low sub pennies....
