if everything is on the up and up, and the share loaners want to make their money back, they probably would not like a reverse split
My theory assumes this is all a corrupt machine: even the loaner doesn't have the 10 million dollars to which was the value originally assumed where the shares were given out.
OTC oversight is nowhere near the SEC oversight.
if Ballas is corrupt, you might find he only wrote the "guarantee" of no enaction to try to drive the price up....right now we are waiting.
if he dumps PAST those 5B shares....the jig is up and we all get disgusted and take the loss and dump
so if this was all legit, a RS would not be taken happily by lenders, investors, anyone.
now it's not all dark....yet.
1. it COULD be legit...but based on everything, not the way to bet. but even so
2. if he RSes...just like ingvestors here dug up him getting the 5B of orig dilute and the next 5B of dilute (forcing him to PR about it cuz the jig was up) ….you are going to get advance notice of an RS. at that point we can have a discussion on what to do. ….if 3, maybe continue accumulating, if 4. sell what you can for minimal pain and reposition for a new track-down
3. it might actually MAKE sense to RS if he changes the name and ambassador grows. say this thing really breaks expectation and earnings are way up (I hope ballas told endo labs to crank it up and he might even need to hire more employees and bottle labels) , instead of trading millions of shares with asks and bids in the hundred of millions, it might be better to be trading post dollar with hundreds or thousands on the asks and bids.
4. if a corrupt machine, Ballas will get a pop with name change and increased earnings. but if he continues to spend it all with huge budgets for cars and vanity projects (crypto lie) continuing debt etc., you are gonna hear a holler from the likes of smokey and fallingknife. it'll sell off from the RS. if ballas is corrupt he won't care....he'll put out PRs based on "real" successes of name change and Ambassador, get some new blood in, hire his own pumping team, drive this thing up......and.....DILUTE those other 5B (now rs-ed) shares....of course you can still make some money from selling out pre RS except for 25% just in case it pops......and waiting for the next low point. Of course, Ballas might not be corrupt as much as he is dumb, and you might see a RS of a dollar head.....right back down toooo…..trips
5. even so, that seems bad, but even if ballas is corrupt, he has some tools in his chest we can all benefit from if loyal longs.
- he keeps doing this, sure the OTC is the wild west, but eventually they send the federal marshall if you rob enough trains and kill enough school marms.
- the damn stock might skyrocket to SPITE a corrupt grind machine...as mentioned, this could be the next amway or Herbalife. You might see a 400M ask wall shattered just because they couldn't contain the viral success...that'll make ballas a billionaire...but make loyal longs a millionaire.
- because they HAVE a decent machine, and the risk of shorting it forever is super risky, and the risk of angering enough peeps enough they try to take him out....they will one day let this run, which will make both the machine and loyal longs at least an opportunity to take some profits on a local pop.
