if my theory is correct and Ballas dumps to MM A who buys at low waits until we suckers buy it up 2 tix then MMA sells down to MM B who tanks up, etc....and some of those MMs might be allied to ballas, family, other insiders whatever...

if this theory is correct well the fun ends at no bid trip 1, because there's nowhere to dump
also, this thing stays in the tank too long we longs just say eff it sell out and they can't get new blood to pump it.

already the PR then dump thing has failed miserably if the goal was to the pump the stock the last 5 times, though I'm seeing more interest today, and honestly, the RS theory would be difficult for a corrupt boss.


but, why RS?
1. drives down the number of shares, fooling some it isn't a dilution pig.
2. ups the PPS, making it more difficult for those getting millions of shares at a "bargain" to take the risks.


but, most reason is if we have a corrupt machine, change the name to hemplife, get interest, reverse split...and with luck it might actually pop initially.....but even my recent experience has seen after an RS a penny usually keeps heading down.

say also ballas waits until he can dump those other 5B...and this thing is still at 1/2....not much to be had any more....so run it up to a buck a share on the RS ….let it run up a bit.....and....DUMP
