I consult on company culture and accountability. I can tell by the pictures of the staff on the company website that they still aren’t taking this 100% seriously.

If you’re the top level staff then wear a suit and tie for the pictures. Attention to detail is important. It’s only 1 hour at most.

One doesn’t need to look at financials and/or PRs to know they aren’t in the right mind set.
